The SOP Academy comes bundled with every SOPHIA license. The SOP Academy is our eLearning platform which comprises over 100 lessons across Beginner, Intermediate and Expert levels with circa 10 hours of video content , topic summaries, quizzes and case studies.
All customers receive 100 hours of advisory support in the first year of their license. This support is delivered through a mix of face to face (on site) support, as well as online group training sessions and webinars. Additional advisory support may be purchased if desired.
