We believe there are opportunities to create discrete, ringfenced funds to support the commercialisation of innovation, particularly where it is focused on the enhancement of the drivers of operational performance, more particularly:
Volume of admissions (working in tandem with local primary care providers)
Length of stay – optimising the deployment of people, hardware and processes
Rate of re-admissions (working in tandem with local primary and community care providers)
As part of this workstream, we can provide access to specialist suppliers of legal, fund management and accounting services. These suppliers can help determine the structures that best meet the demands of both NHS institution and funders, who we identify and connect to, on a case by case basis.
