Carradale Futures LLP

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

Carradale Futures was established by Jake Arnold-Forster and Matt Gee in 2017 in order to provide advisory services focused on strategy and transformation to providers of healthcare services, typically in Primary Care settings. We review and re-build underlying economic models and work with leadership teams to identify and implement transformative processes, partnerships and technologies.

We also have significant experience of assessing and working with SMEs that can help to underpin both the transformation of care pathways, as well as the economics of care delivery. For these companies, we help to refine their propositions and also connect them to sources of capital where this is required.

MATT GEE - Partner

Matt has over 20 years’ experience in strategy and commercial development roles. Having started his career at strategy departments in the media sector (Guardian, Channel Four, Channel 5), Matt then spent the next decade providing advice to a range of media companies and investors focused on the media space, particularly around investment case preparation and deal due diligence.

In 2013 Matt was engaged to advise on the establishment of MediCity, now one of the UK’s largest health and wellness innovation hubs, which is a JV between Walgreens Boots and BioCity Group Limited.

At this same this time, Matt began to focus increasingly on the medtech/wellness sector, initially through MO Capital Advisers ('MOCA'), a specialist corporate finance advisory firm which he co-founded. MOCA was engaged by a range of early stage medtech firms seeking funding to further develop and commercialise IP that was typically already 'in market'. MOCA’s clients included uMotif (patient symptom reporting), Osentia (OTC osteoporosis test) and Synopsis Healthcare (digitising the perioperative process in hospitals).

Matt has acted as a non executive director for a range of early stage businesses and continues to serve as CEO of an investment fund he established in 2007 which has interests in the fintech sector in S.E.Asia.
