Our Journey
Carradale Futures was established in 2017 by Jake
Arnold-Forster and Matt Gee as an advisory firm focused on the healthcare sector. The focus of the advisory work was to try and help clients to understand why, despite often spending millions on consultants over many years, substantive change proved so elusive.

Carradale Futures began developing SOPHIA in 2020 to better support its hospital clients in embedding changes that were discussed and agreed upon. Typical clients were public sector hospitals and mental health trusts operating in heavily regulated environments with 000s of employees.
