About Us

Our Journey

Our Journey

Our Journey

Carradale Futures was established in 2017 by Jake Arnold-Forster and Matt Gee as a specialist advisory firm focused on healthcare. Our work centred on a recurring problem: why meaningful change remained difficult to achieve, even after years of consultancy, policy development and digital investment.

Working with NHS hospitals, mental health trusts and other regulated care providers, we saw that policies were often disconnected from day-to-day practice, processes varied widely and organisations lacked consistent operational assurance.

In response, Carradale Futures began developing SOPHIA in 2020. SOPHIA was designed to turn policy and guidance into clear, executable processes that could be understood, followed and improved in large, complex organisations.

Today, SOPHIA has evolved into an operational governance and process intelligence platform, enabling care providers to standardise where it matters, link how work is done to outcomes and support continuous improvement at scale.
